Sucasabudapest.com specializes in short-term rental of furnished apartments in the center of Budapest, from a few nights to several months.
Whether you are for business, tourist, temporary due to relocation, training, to come and take exams, or even just to spend a good time with friends or family, we offer several luxury apartments recently renovated and carefully decorated.
- the supply of sheets, towels, bath mats and tea towels,
- expenses of the apartment, electricity, water, internet
- tourist tax
Extra fees, which the rates do not include:
- airport transfer to the apartment,
- additional cleaning
- extra services ordered by the guests
- aours, guided tour, etc
As soon as you make a reservation we will send you a Reservation Summary email to confirm the price, the important details concerning the property and your reservation. We will also send you our terms & conditions on payment, cancellation and check in/check out.
In order to confirm the reservation the rent price must be paid in advance by way of bank transfer. Once the payment is received by the owner of the property your booking will be confirmed and your reservation will be alive. If the property requires a security deposit it will be due in cash upon your arrival to the property.
Our prices are set in EUR.
We offer 50% refund if you cancel your reservaton at least 14 days prior to the listing’s local check in time (3:00 PM if not specified), otherwise no refund. For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by Friday of the 2 previous week before check in time. If the guest cancels less than 14 days in advance or if the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
If you wish to change the date of your arrival after you have paid an advance to confirm your reservation we will do our best to accommodate you, however, should the property not be available for the new period then we will have to treat the change as a cancellation
We thank you for your understanding and highly recommend to insure your trip (for example: www.worldwideinsure.com or http://www.insuremytrip.com) which offers travelers full protection from illness, death, or other travel emergencies that can occur.
To cancel a reservation, please contact us as soon as possible by email, quoting your booking reference number (also contained within our email).
If you need to cancel a booking urgently, within 48 hours, and it is outside our office hours, then we advise you to inform us directly using the contact details you'll find on the confirmation email.
Any cancellation may be liable to pay cancellation charges. Depending on the reasons for your cancellation, you may be able to reclaim these cancellation charges from your insurance company, if you have taken out travel insurance. We strongly recommend that all clients obtain appropriate travel and personal insurance cover.
Sucasabudapest.com reserves the right to cancel the booking if:
- The apartment(s) or part of it is closed due to circumstances beyond its control.
- The owner of the apartment becomes insolvent or enters into liquidation or receivership.
- It prejudices the reputation or causes or might cause in the Apartment Managers opinion, damage to the apartments and its common areas.
- If the guest (s) are not able to show their passports or drivers license upon arrival
- If the guest (s) are not able to provide a security deposit.
In the event if we are unable to receive you in the originally reserved property we reserve the right to offer the following options to you:
- We try to offer a replacement property from our website. If the property we offer is of higher value, you will be requested to pay the difference. If the property or the extra payment is unacceptable to you, we repay you 100% of the amount that you have paid up to the date of cancellation, if you request so.
- If no property is available for the specified dates, we cancel your reservation, and repay you 100% of your deposit within 5 days of the cancellation.
Nor sucasabudapest.com, neither the owner of the apartment will not be liable for any delay, loss, damage or expenses incurred if your booking needs to be altered or canceled or the apartment provider is unable to perform the contractual obligations as a result of events beyond his reasonable control, which shall include but not be limited to events such as war, civil strife, terrorist activity, labor disputes, natural or man-made disaster, fire, flood, and adverse weather conditions.
If sucasabudapest.com receives serious complaints or any disputes arise, we reserve the right to terminate your stay without notice.
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIMES
Check-in time is from 2 pm to 8 pm.
If there is no previous guest departing on the day of your arrival a flexible check in time can be arranged with us.
However, if another guest will be vacating the property the same day then check in time will be 2 pm. This gives us our cleaners time to fully prepare the apartment between the departure of one party and the arrival of the next. If the property is not available we can provide you a luggage drop off point upon your request.
Check-out time is from 8 am to 10 am.
If there is no new guest arriving on the date of your departure a flexible check-out time can be arranged with us, however the cleaning lady will arrive for 10 am on the day of the check out, so we kindly ask you to prepare your luggage for this time.
However, if a new guest will be arriving the same day, then you will need to vacate the property by 10 am. If you need a place to store your luggage we can provide you a luggage drop off point.
Early and Late check in
Please note that for arrival in the apartment before 9 am is only possible if settled with us before. If you arrive after 8 pm you have the option to pick up the keys from a close location or simply take our transfer service to receive the keys directly.
